Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Certified Swing Manager to lead daily operations on assigned shifts, directing crew, assigning tasks, and ensuring fast, friendly, accurate service across drive-thru, counter, kiosk, and mobile orders.

You will enforce food safety and cleanliness, manage labor to balance service volume with costs, coach team members, and communicate with the General Manager to address issues and improve performance.
