• Directs crew, assigns positions, and manages floor operations to deliver fast, friendly, accurate service across drive-thru, counter, kiosk, mobile, and curbside.
• Ensures food safety procedures, time and temperature controls, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness standards are followed; takes corrective action when needed.
• Manages labor deployment to support sales while controlling costs; monitors waste and protects assets through cash-handling and security practices.
• Trains and coaches crew members on procedures, service behaviors, and brand standards; provides real-time feedback and recognizes strong performance.
• Communicates shift performance, staffing needs, equipment issues, and guest concerns to the General Manager and leadership team; documents incidents and ensures follow-up.
• Balances people, performance, and procedures to deliver safe food, great service, and a welcoming restaurant environment.
