• Monitors speed of service, order accuracy, food quality, and hospitality.
• Ensures compliance with food safety and brand standards.
• Manages labor deployment and cost control to support sales.
• Trains and coaches crew on procedures and brand standards; provides real-time feedback.
• Communicates shift performance, staffing needs, equipment issues, and guest concerns to the General Manager.
• Documents incidents and resolves guest complaints professionally.
