HMSHost is seeking a Manager I to support branch management in tactical QSR-style restaurant operations. You will ensure the restaurant is ready for business, staffed, and maintains high operational standards, using established policies to guide decisions.

The role requires 2+ years in food service with supervisory exposure, and flexibility to work varied shifts at the Fort Myers location. HMSHost offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
• Assists AGM/GM in supervising day-to-day activities of associates.
• Participates in hiring and recommends staffing changes to GM.
• Assigns tasks, prepares schedules, and ensures shifts are covered.
• Ensures required rest breaks and meal periods for associates.
• Maintains clean, stocked, and visually appealing display areas.
• Ensures equipment is in good working order.
• Operates cash register and follows cash handling policies.
• Monitors health and safety procedures and reports concerns.
• Performs health and safety activities as per guidelines.
• Places orders, receives goods, processes invoices.
• Keeps contact information for associates up to date.
