Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Manager II to assist branch management in executing complex QSR or Casual Dine operations. The role ensures the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and operates to high standards, using prescribed policies to guide decisions.

The Manager II will open, supervise, and close shifts, maintain compliance with policies, and support hiring decisions while ensuring safe, well-operated units. This position requires leadership and strong customer service background.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 4 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Requires a minimum of 2 years supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within a unit
• Ensures compliance with all company beverage policies and AB procedures
• Participates in interviewing and hiring decisions, recommends promotions
• Assigns tasks, prepares schedules, ensures shifts are covered
• Monitors wellness and safety procedures and reports concerns
