Requires 2+ years in food and beverage, 6 months supervisory experience, and strong customer communication. The role offers on-site work with potential for growth and a competitive hourly wage with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of food and beverage experience.
• At least 6 months of supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant.
• Ability to read, comprehend instructions and policy documents; communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Open, daily and closing procedures per policy; ensure readiness for service.
• Supervise associates across shifts and staffing of unit operations.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring recommendations, and performance decisions.
• Prepare schedules and ensure shifts are covered; monitor breaks.
• Maintain clean displays, stock levels and visual appeal; ensure equipment works.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions per policies; secure cash.
• Uphold wellness and safety procedures; report safety concerns.
• Place orders, receive goods, and process invoices; update contact records.
