HMSHost is seeking a Manager I to support branch management in a fast-paced QSR-style restaurant. The role ensures the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and operated to high standards using company policies.

The Manager I oversees opening, scheduling, cash handling, safety practices, and guest service, while working with the AGM/GM and supervising team members. It requires flexible shifts and prior supervisory experience; competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum of 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents; communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates within the unit.
• Assist with hiring input and schedule preparation; ensure shifts are covered.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper health standards; follow HACCP procedures.
• Handle cash, process invoices, and maintain security of cash.
• Monitor wellness and safety practices and report concerns.
