HMSHost is seeking a Manager I to assist branch management in executing QSR or similar restaurant operations. You will ensure the restaurant is clean, staffed, and operates to high standards, using company policies to guide decisions.

The role involves opening, scheduling, staff supervision, cash handling, and adherence to health and safety guidelines. On-site work with rotating shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years food and beverage experience.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant.
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents; converse comfortably with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures per policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within the unit.
• Participates in hiring input and schedules to ensure shifts are covered.
• Ensures wellness and safety procedures are followed and reports safety concerns.
