HMSHost is seeking a Manager I to assist branch management in executing QSR or similar restaurant operations. You will ensure the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and operates to high standards, using approved policies to guide decisions.

The role requires supervising associates, assisting hiring processes, managing schedules, and maintaining food safety and service quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years food & beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum of 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, and converse with customers.

Responsibilities

• Opens, runs, and closes procedures per policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within unit.
• Assists in hiring decisions and staffing needs; may recommend promotions or terminations.
• Assigns tasks, prepares schedules, ensures shifts are covered.
• Ensures breaks and meals are taken by associates as required.
• Maintains clean, stocked, and visually appealing display areas.
• Ensures all equipment is in good working order.
• Operates cash register and handles cash per policies.
