Marco’s Pizza is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily store operations, support and guide team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences during assigned shifts. This role combines leadership, hands-on involvement in food preparation and service, and accountability for food safety, cash handling, and workplace standards.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain food handler certifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Supervise and train store crew across shifts and lead shift operations.
• Perform crew tasks when needed (makeline, oven, packing, order accuracy, guest service).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store.
• Monitor product quality and take corrective action as needed.
