Job summary

Marco’s Pizza in Cleveland is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily store operations, support and guide team members, and ensure an exceptional guest experience during assigned shifts. This role blends leadership with hands-on involvement in food preparation, service, food safety, cash handling, and maintaining workplace standards.

You will coach and develop team members, open and close the store, manage breaks and shift changes, and coordinate delivery logistics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required food handler certifications.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Basic math and computer skills for cash handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store crew across all workstations during shifts.
• Lead and train employees, open/close the store, and manage breaks.
• Perform crew tasks: makeline, cut table, oven monitoring, packaging, guest service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Coordinate with Drivers and the Manager for efficient deliveries.
• Balance registers and ensure food safety and sanitation standards.
• Coach and develop team members and provide feedback.
• Handle shift-related issues with professionalism.
