Job summary

Marco’s Pizza in Ohio is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily store operations, support team members, and ensure an exceptional guest experience during assigned shifts. You will lead, coach, and participate in food preparation while upholding food safety, cash handling, and workplace standards.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, training staff, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining a clean, efficient work environment to drive guest satisfaction and product quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required food handler certifications.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Basic math and computer skills for cash handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crew across all workstations during shifts.
• Lead and train employees; open/close the store; manage breaks.
• Perform crew tasks as needed: makeline, oven, packaging, guest service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Balance cash handling procedures and registers.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Coordinate with drivers and the manager for timely deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with guests to ensure smooth operations.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment while focusing on guest satisfaction.
