Job summary

Marco’s Pizza in Euclid, OH is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily store operations, coach team members, and ensure an exceptional guest experience during assigned shifts.

The role combines leadership with hands-on food preparation and service, accountability for food safety, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment while developing teammates to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required food handler certifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and computer skills for cash handling and reporting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store crew across all workstations during shifts.
• Lead and train employees, open/close the store.
• Ensure food preparation is complete and orders are accurate.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Coordinate with Drivers and Manager for deliveries.
• Manage cash handling procedures and balance registers.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Coach and develop team members; assist training.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Handle shift-related issues with professionalism and problem-solving.
