The position focuses on coaching staff, enforcing standards, and ensuring efficient daily operations. The Shift Manager will serve as MIC, uphold policies, manage guest satisfaction, and collaborate with senior leadership to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership across all shifts.
• Must maintain a current Health Card per state/local requirements.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members across shifts.
• Develop team members and provide constructive feedback for leadership growth.
• Serve as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and enforce company policies and standards.
• Assist upper leadership with achieving restaurant financial goals (P&L).
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with upper leadership about on-site issues.
