Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing on-shift operations, and supporting financial goals. The role requires strong communication skills, reliability, and SERVSAFE certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year restaurant experience with leadership across shifts.
• Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.
• Must be able to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star service to customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to succeed.
• Serve as Manager-in-Charge and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Assist upper leadership with restaurant financial goals (P&L management).
• Communicate issues to upper management and keep leadership informed.
