Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) operates Taco Bell restaurants and seeks a Shift Manager (SM) to be accountable for restaurant operations while on duty. You will motivate the team to deliver 5-star service to customers and colleagues, tackle challenges as they arise, and serve as MIC to uphold company standards.

Responsibilities include leading staff, training future leaders, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting profitability.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership across shifts.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must be able to pass SERVSAFE Certification.

Mansioni

• Provide 5-star service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team; verify duties are completed.
• Train and develop individuals for leadership roles.
• Act as MIC to enforce company policies and standards.
