Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking a Shift Manager to take accountability for restaurant operations while on duty. You will motivate team members to deliver 5-star customer service and tackle challenges as they arise to uphold our brand standards at Taco Bell locations.

As MIC, you will lead service during shifts, coach staff, and ensure adherence to policies, food safety, and cleanliness. Minimum 18+ years, background checks, and SERVSAFE certification required; DRG offers benefits

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership across all shifts.
• Must maintain a Health Card per state/local requirements.
• Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.

Responsabilités

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members; verify duties are completed and uniforms maintained.
• Train and develop individuals interested in leadership roles; provide constructive feedback.
• Act as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Assist upper leadership with achieving restaurant financial goals; monitor operations to optimize profits.
• Keep upper leadership informed about issues arising at the restaurant.
