Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) operates Taco Bell restaurants, including locations in California and Missouri. We are seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations, lead the team, and ensure 5-star customer service during shifts.

The role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and strong communication, with opportunities to mentor staff and help drive branch performance while maintaining standards and training compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience, with proven leadership across all shifts.
• Must maintain a current Health Card according to state or local requirements.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide 5-star service to all customers.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate team members to succeed.
• Team Development: Train and develop individuals pursuing leadership roles.
• Operations Leadership: Serve as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and uphold company policies.
• Profit & Loss Management: Assist leadership in achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Communication: Inform upper leadership of issues on the floor.
