Job summary

Auntie Anne's is seeking a Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment to lead daily shifts, coach Team Members, and ensure top-notch guest service. You will bake and serve pretzels to brand standards, manage cash transactions, and help open/close procedures with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of food service, restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
• Food Handler Certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and store technology systems

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with friendly, energetic, and professional service.
• Lead shifts and provide direction, coaching, and support to team members.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure operational, food safety, and guest service standards are consistently met.
• Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions responsibly and accurately.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash accountability, and shift execution.
• Monitor productivity and overall shift performance.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
