The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and strong communication. You'll train teammates, support opening/closing procedures, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced store environment where guests leave smiling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of food service, restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active during shifts.
• Strong communication, teamwork, leadership, and guest service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with friendly, energetic service and lead shift operations.
• Coach team members, assign tasks, and maintain brand standards.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to recipes.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and accurate cash handling.
• Open and close procedures, stock, and shift completion.
