Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 1+ years in food service, restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Food Handler Certification (within 30 days of hire).
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Reliable attendance and flexible availability (including weekends).
• Basic math and ability to operate POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with friendly, energetic, and professional service.
• Lead shifts, provide direction, coaching, and support to team members.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food safety, operational, and guest service standards are met.
• Maintain accurate orders and cash handling.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and shift execution.
• Monitor shift performance and team productivity.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
