Job summary

Auntie Anne's is seeking a motivated Shift Manager to lead daily operations, coach team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee shifts, manage opening/closing, ensure accurate orders, cash handling, and maintain food safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day each week.
• Experience in food service, retail, or supervisory roles is a plus.
• Able to stand, bend, lift, and stay active.
• Food Handler Certification current or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, provide direction, coaching, and support to team members.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand recipes and standards.
• Ensure food safety, guest service, and operational standards are met.
• Operate registers, handle cash, and manage transactions accurately.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and shift execution.
• Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe environment throughout shifts.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
