Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking a Shift Manager (SM) for a Taco Bell restaurant. You will be on duty, motivating the team to deliver 5-star service and maintaining operations to meet company standards.

The role requires leadership across all shifts, customer focus, and adherence to policies. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with 18+ years of age, health card, and SERVSAFE certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership across shifts.
• Must maintain a Health Card per state requirements.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read, speak, comprehend, and write English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Physical requirements: stand/walk, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star service to all customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members; ensure duties are completed and appearance maintained.
• Train and develop individuals seeking leadership roles with constructive feedback.
• Serve as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and uphold company policies and standards.
• Assist upper leadership with achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Keep leadership informed about issues at the restaurant.
