Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) operates Taco Bell restaurants in California. We seek a Shift Manager (SM) to oversee operations on duty, motivate the team, and deliver 5-star customer service while upholding company standards.

The role requires 18+, leadership experience, Health Card, English fluency, and SERVSAFE certification. You will train staff, supervise performance, and partner with senior leadership on operations and P&L goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and pass a background check.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership preferred.
• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• Must have reliable transportation and pass a Health Card requirement.
• Must be able to pass SERVSAFE certification course and exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to succeed during shifts.
• Train and develop team members for leadership roles with feedback.
• Serve as MIC and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Assist upper leadership with restaurant profits and losses.
• Communicate issues to senior leadership promptly.
