Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) seeks a Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations on duty, ensuring top-tier customer service and smooth shift execution. You will coach staff, act as MIC, and support financial goals while maintaining policy compliance.

Required: 18+, 6–12 months restaurant leadership, ServSafe certified, health card, and strong English communication. Benefits and growth opportunities available through DRG family.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with proven leadership across shifts.
• Must maintain a current Health Card according to state/local requirements.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and lead teams on shift.
• Act as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) when on duty and enforce policies.
• Coach and develop associates for leadership roles with constructive feedback.
• Assist upper leadership in achieving restaurant financial goals (P&L).
• Communicate issues to upper management promptly.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standards across shifts.
