Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee operations on duty and motivate the team to deliver 5-star customer service. The role emphasizes leading, coaching, and ensuring policy compliance while maintaining restaurant standards.

Candidates should have restaurant experience with leadership across shifts, be able to stand for long periods, pass background checks, and obtain ServSafe certification. This is a non-exempt, full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership across shifts.
• Must maintain a Health Card as required.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read/speak/write in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members; verify duties are completed on time.
• Train and develop individuals for leadership roles with constructive feedback.
• Serve as MIC and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Assist upper leadership with achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Communicate issues to upper leadership.
