Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is hiring a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and drive a culture of 5-star service. You will lead teams, coach staff, and ensure compliance with company standards during your shift.

You will develop team members for leadership roles, coordinate with upper management on financial performance, and uphold safety and operational policies across the restaurant.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership exposure.
• Must maintain a Health Card according to state/local requirements.
• Must read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• ServSafe Certification is required.

Aufgaben

• Provide 5-star service and ensure customer satisfaction during shifts.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members across all shifts.
• Train and develop staff capable of assuming leadership roles.
• Act as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) to enforce policies and standards.
• Assist upper management with restaurant's financial goals and P&L.
