Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations on duty, motivate staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role reports to the AGM/GM/AC and acts as MIC to ensure policy compliance and smooth daily operations.

The candidate should possess restaurant leadership experience, maintain health and ServSafe credentials, and be prepared to drive team development and problem-solving during shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with proven leadership across shifts.
• Must read, speak, comprehend, and write in English; strong verbal communication.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check and obtain SERVSAFE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members; ensure duties are completed on time.
• Act as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and enforce company policies and standards.
• Assist upper leadership with achieving restaurant financial goals.
