Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is hiring a Shift Manager for Taco Bell in Liberty, MO. The role leads restaurant operations on duty, coaches team members, and drives 5-star customer service while resolving daily challenges and maintaining standards.

As MIC, you’ll align with policies, train potential future leaders, and contribute to achieving financial goals. This non-exempt position requires a strong communicator and dependable, on-site leadership in a fast-paced brand environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership across shifts.
• Must maintain a Health Card according to state/local requirements.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star service to customers and ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members; verify duties are completed timely and professionals are maintained.
• Train and develop individuals interested in leadership roles; provide constructive feedback.
• Serve as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Assist upper leadership with achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Keep upper leadership informed about any issues at the restaurant.
