Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) seeks a Shift Manager for our Taco Bell restaurant in Missouri. You will oversee operations, coach staff, and ensure top-tier service during shifts. You’ll lead by example, manage team performance, and uphold company standards with a focus on guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and everyday restaurant operations, with opportunities to develop for higher-level roles within the DRG network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership across shifts.
• Must maintain a current Health Card according to state or local requirements.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read, speak, comprehend and write in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure satisfaction is a top priority.
• Lead, coach and motivate team members; ensure duties are completed on time and appearance is professional.
• Train and develop individuals for leadership roles and provide constructive feedback.
• Serve as MIC and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Assist leadership with achieving the restaurant's financial goals.
• Inform upper leadership of any issues that arise at the restaurant.
