Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is hiring for a Shift Manager at a Taco Bell location in Missouri. You will be accountable for restaurant operations during duty periods, motivate the team, and deliver 5-star customer service.

The role requires leadership across shifts and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include coaching staff, training for leadership roles, managing operations as MIC, and supporting financial goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership.
• Must maintain a Health Card per state/local requirements.
• Must be able to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check and SERVSAFE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide 5-star service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate team members; verify duties are completed.
• Team Development: Train and develop individuals for leadership roles.
• Operations Leadership: Act as MIC and uphold company policies and standards.
• Profit & Loss Management: Assist leadership in achieving financial goals.
• Communication: Inform upper leadership about issues at the restaurant.
