Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group seeks a General Manager (GM) for a Taco Bell restaurant in Missouri. You will lead and mentor the team, drive daily operations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while safeguarding profitability and compliance with company policies.

As a GM, you’ll recruit, train, and coach staff, manage P&L, and foster DRG’s culture of inclusivity and high performance. The role requires leadership, hands-on supervision, and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Must pass SERV Safe Certification course/exam and maintain health card.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Average 45-hour work week with nights, weekends, holidays.
• Must read, speak and write in English.
• Reliable transportation and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a restaurant team for superior performance.

• Manage costs to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
• Make sound decisions and liaise between upper management and staff.
