Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is hiring a Shift Manager for Taco Bell restaurants in Missouri. This on-duty role leads service, coaches staff, and ensures brand standards while acting as MIC to uphold operations.

The position requires 18+, 6 months to 1 year in restaurant leadership, ServSafe certification, English fluency, and commitment to safety and training. Strong communication and teamwork are a must.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with proven leadership across shifts.
• Must maintain a Health Card according to state/local requirements.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Physical: stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to succeed and maintain professional appearance.
• Train and develop individuals interested in leadership roles with constructive feedback.
• Serve as MIC and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Assist leadership with achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Communicate issues to upper leadership as they arise.
