Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) operates Taco Bell restaurants and is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Missouri. The AGM will lead shifts, coach shift managers, and ensure customer satisfaction while aligning with brand standards.

In GM’s absence, you’ll uphold operations and safety protocols. Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of leadership in a restaurant, English fluency, ServSafe certification, and a commitment to training and development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have at least 2 years of restaurant leadership.
• Must read, speak and write English; health/safety compliance awareness.
• ServSafe Certification required and maintained per local/state rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure timely completion of tasks with quality assurance.
• Coach and motivate team members to deliver 5-star customer service.
• Prioritize safety, health standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in training, development plans, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with GM on staffing needs, onboarding, and recruiting.
• Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Assist in overall restaurant operations and guest experience.
