Qualifications

• 1+ years of food service, restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous leadership, keyholder, or shift management experience is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Handler Certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and store technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and provide direction, coaching, and support to team members.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand recipes and quality standards.
• Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions responsibly and accurately.
• Monitor productivity and overall shift performance and maintain safety standards.
• Open and close procedures, attendance, and shift execution with accountability.
