Auntie Anne’s & Cinnabon is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team on your shift, ensuring guests have great experiences across both brands. You’ll uphold quality, safety, and service while remaining positive and proactive throughout your shift.

As a core on-shift leader, you’ll coach staff, manage opening/closing tasks, handle cash, and support inventory control, all while ensuring brand standards are consistently met.

Formación

• 18+ years of age or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance required (location dependent).
• 0–1 year of food service, bakery, or retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, lift, and stay active during shifts.
• Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team and serve as the go-to leader during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Handle challenges confidently—from team needs to guest concerns.
• Support operations for both Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon products and standards.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
