Job summary

Auntie Anne's & Cinnabon is seeking a Shift Manager in our California location. Become the heartbeat of the bakery and pretzel shop, keeping operations smooth when leadership is away and ensuring guests leave happy.

You will lead with warmth, uphold food safety, and drive guest satisfaction on every shift. Ideal candidates have 3–6 months of supervisory experience, flexible availability, and a hands-on approach to training, cash handling, and daily procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food handler certification current or within 30 days of hire.
• 0–1 year of food service, bakery, or retail experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team as go-to leader during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Handle challenges and guest concerns confidently.
• Support operations for Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon standards.
• Know when to elevate issues to store leadership.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory management.
