Auntie Anne’s & Cinnabon is seeking a Shift Manager in New York to lead the shift, uphold quality and safety standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll coach the team, manage daily operations, and support both brand lines with opening/closing duties and cash handling.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling and a hands-on leadership approach in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS systems).

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and act as the go-to leader during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Motivate and coach staff to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Handle challenges from team needs to guest concerns confidently.
• Support cross-brand operations for Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon.
• Know when to elevate issues to store leadership.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory.
