Job summary

Auntie Anne’s & Cinnabon is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team on each shift, ensuring quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. You’ll be the heartbeat of the bakery, keeping operations smooth when managers are away and coaching team members to deliver warm, efficient service.

This role requires 18+, flexible evenings/weekends/holidays, and a readiness to handle cash, opening/closing tasks, and basic POS tech. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food handler certification within 30 days of hire.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology.
• Basic math and cashier skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and serve as the go-to leader during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Handle challenges from team needs to guest concerns with confidence.
• Support operations for Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon products and standards.
• Know when to escalate issues to store leadership.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
