Auntie Anne's & Cinnabon is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the bakery team on your shift, ensuring smooth operations, great guest experiences, and adherence to quality standards.

As the heartbeat of the store when leadership is away, you will supervise, coach staff, handle opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and inventory, while upholding safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old or older (legal working age).
• 3–6 months of first‑line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food handler certification current or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and serve as the go‑to leader during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Handle challenges confidently—from team needs to guest concerns.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
