Job summary

Auntie Anne's & Cinnabon seeks a Shift Manager to lead daily operations on a fast-paced bakery and pretzel shop. You will supervise team members, ensure product quality, guest satisfaction, and safe food handling during your shift.

You will be responsible for opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and inventory, while maintaining a positive, guest-focused environment and escalating issues when needed.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and serve as the go-to leader during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Handle challenges confidently—from team needs to guest concerns.
• Support operations for both Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon products and standards.
• Know when to elevate issues to store leadership.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
