DRG Meats LLC is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on duty, motivate staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role requires leadership across shifts, adherence to policies, and involvement in training and development while supporting financial goals.

Ideal candidates bring 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership experience, along with a readiness to pass background checks and SERVSAFE certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with demonstrated leadership across shifts.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check and SERVSAFE Certification Course/Exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members; ensure duties are completed on time.
• Develop staff through training and constructive feedback.
• Act as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) to uphold policies and standards.
• Assist with Profit & Loss goals and communicate issues to leadership.
