The role emphasizes leadership across shifts and hands‑on problem solving. The position requires health and safety certifications, strong communication, and the ability to work physical shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership experience.
• Health Card required by state/local law.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Reliable transportation.
• Criminal background check required.
• Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand and walk continuously, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide 5-star service to all customers and ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate team members to succeed and ensure duties are completed on time.
• Team Development: Train and develop individuals for leadership roles with constructive feedback.
• Operations Leadership: Serve as MIC and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Profit & Loss Management: Assist leadership with restaurant financial goals.
• Communication: Inform upper leadership about issues as they arise.
