Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is hiring a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations on duty, lead the team, and ensure top-tier customer service. The role emphasizes leadership across shifts, training, and adherence to policy, while supporting financial goals and daily operations.

The position requires 18+, Health Card, SERVSAFE readiness, and strong communication. DRG Meats Alaska LLC franchisee operations include ARby’s in Alaska; daily work emphasizes reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership across all shifts.
• Must maintain a current Health Card per state/local requirements.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must be able to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to complete duties professionally.
• Train and develop individuals pursuing leadership roles.
• Serve as MIC and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Assist upper leadership with achieving the restaurant’s financial goals.
• Keep upper leadership informed about issues at the restaurant.
