Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) Alaska is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts. You will lead the team, ensure top-tier customer service, and coordinate with the AGM/GM to uphold standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational control, and commitment to company policies while driving customer satisfaction and smooth shift execution.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Must read, write, and speak English; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background check and health/safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star service and ensure customer satisfaction on shift.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members; ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Train and develop staff for leadership roles; give constructive feedback.
• Act as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and enforce company policies.
• Support profitability goals and assist with P&L awareness.
• Maintain clear communication with upper management about issues.
