Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with proven leadership across all shifts.
• Must maintain a current Health Card according to state or local requirements.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Physical requirement to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members; ensure duties are completed timely and professionally.
• Play an active role in training and developing potential leaders.
• Serve as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and uphold company policies and standards.
• Assist leadership in achieving restaurant financial goals (P&L).
• Maintain clear communication with upper leadership about issues at the restaurant.
