Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking a Shift Manager for Taco Bell locations in Kansas. On duty you’ll act as Manager-in-Charge, deliver 5-star customer service, coach the team, and ensure policy compliance.

Requirements include 18+, 6 months to 1 year in restaurant leadership, English proficiency, and ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs. SERVSAFE certification is required or in progress. DRG offers benefits like grants, DailyPay, and education programs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership across shifts.
• Must read, speak, comprehend and write in English.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check and Health Card requirements.
• Must be able to pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star service to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to succeed and maintain professional appearance.
• Train and develop individuals seeking leadership roles with constructive feedback.
• Serve as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and ensure policy adherence.
• Assist upper leadership with achieving the restaurant’s financial goals.
• Communicate issues to upper leadership and keep them informed.
