Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership across all shifts.
• Must maintain a current Health Card according to state requirements.
• Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.
• Strong verbal communication skills and reliable transportation.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members; verify duties are completed on schedule.
• Play an active role in training and developing future leaders.
• Serve as MIC and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Assist with Profit & Loss goals and communicate issues to upper management.
