The role emphasizes developing future leaders, maintaining brand standards, and supporting financial goals. Applicants must be 18+, have restaurant leadership experience, pass background checks, and hold SERVSAFE where required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership experience across all shifts.
• Health Card current according to state/local requirements.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must be able to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must be able to pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to succeed.
• Train and develop future leaders through constructive feedback.
• Serve as MIC and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Assist upper leadership in achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Keep upper leadership informed about on-site issues.
