Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership experience across all shifts.
• Must maintain a current Health Card per state/local requirements.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Physical requirements: stand/walk for shifts; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team; verify duties are completed on time.
• Train and develop individuals seeking leadership roles.
• Act as MIC and ensure policy compliance and standards.
• Assist leadership with restaurant financial goals.
• Communicate issues up to upper management.
